I’ve been working, in every spare moment, on finishing up my PDF patterns and spent some time today tweaking an outfit for Willow’s Princess & Me Doll Ariel. It’s just a basic tee and a yolked skirt and the pattern itself is finished, I just need to complete the instructions.

The shirt is perfect (even though it looks like the hem is uneven – it’s just the way I had to slouch her to get her to stand on the pavement). This skirt I am pleased with as well, I had initially made this with a longer yolk and shorter tightly gathered skirt that more resembled a ruffle. I changed it to this more modest look because, frankly, I’m tired of all the hoochie clothes out there for little girls and dolls! I wish I did the embroidery along the skirt in orange, but for the sake of the patterns this outfit is finished! Slowly but surely I am getting closer to stocking my store with patterns… slowly!
